Current Projects:

I. Cognitive Control
Task-switching is a procedure that can hopefully help us understand aspects of cognitive control.  I'm working on a project to understand what factors affect task-switching reaction time and ability to perform each task.
The adult aging process may shed further insight on the processes involved in having to keep track of two task-sets (separate things to do) while switching from one to the other.

II. Picture-Naming
Gathering normative information from younger and older adults for a large set (541) of color pictures. Characteristics of picture name production may be used to understand the processes that contribute to that task.
